Ordering and delivery
You're welcome to pay by most major credit. Your details will be encrypted to help keep them safe and secure. You'll get an option to choose your preferred method. If you choose to pay by cheque please make cheques payable to RayInk Limited.
Most goods are delivered within 7-14 working days from when you placed your order. We'll notify you if a delay is anticipated. Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm , Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) and we'll need a signature when the delivery is made. Please don’t hesitate to call or email us if you need to know the specific date of delivery
For bulk orders our specialist couriers will ring you prior to delivery.

Returns policy
We want you to be delighted with every purchase you make from Rayink Limited. We work hard to offer you quality and style at affordable prices. So if, for any reason, you're not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us within 7 days of receipt of delivery, unused in its original packaging together with the receipt. We'll exchange it or offer you a full refund and that's guaranteed!
To return an item to us for a refund just follow these simple steps:
1. Contact us and let us know that you're returning a product to us.
2. Wrap the unused item and its original packaging securely and send the package, together with a covering letter and proof of purchase, to the address below:

We'll notify you via email when we've processed your refund. This usually takes around 5 working days. Please note that we cannot refund the original cost of delivery unless we've delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
For your protection it's a good idea to obtain proof of posting. We regret that no refund can be guaranteed unless proof of purchase is supplied to us. Please note that you'll be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we've delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We can't issue refunds for goods that don't reach us.
