Acceptance of order

We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email as soon as we can and at that point an agreement between us will be in place on these terms and conditions. If we do not accept your order for any reason or the price of the product has increased between the time of the order and our acceptance of it we will email you to advise you accordingly.

You will then be sent a World Pay additional request for payment, ( if you paid for your goods by World Pay ) or a request to charge your credit card. Currently for reasons of security, we can only accept payment with World Pay through our website online ordering facility, bymail if so preferred, or payment can be made with a personal cheque and guarantee card to our mailing address.

Delivery

We make every effort to deliver all products to United Kingdom addresses within seven days of the order. Where this is not possible, we will advise you accordingly as soon as we are able and, unless we state otherwise, ensure that your products are delivered within 28 days from date of order.  All deliveries will be made to you at the address specified by you. We may, at our discretion and expense, deliver parts of your order separately. All deliveries must be signed for and you will be responsible for the products as soon as they are delivered. Ownership of the products shall pass to you once we have received payment in full. If we cannot deliver the products to you at the address you have specified for any reason, or if items are returned to us by the delivery service we will advise you.  If you wish us to redeliver the products to you, you will need to authorise us to charge your credit card/ debit card for any re-delivery charges.

Payment

We will charge your credit card for payment at the time of order, unless other arrangements have been made between us and yourselves. Please note that all products are shown priced inclusive of VAT at the current rate.  If you require a VAT invoice/receipt for your purchase, then please ask when you place your order.  We take every care to ensure that your order is conducted via a secure link. As we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not  be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorised access to any information you provide.

Right  to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order at any time prior to despatch of the goods.  (This excludes special orders which are manufactured or procured especially for you and are not therefore subject to our normal conditions of sale.)  You will not have to pay for any products and any amounts you have been charged will be refunded to you by way of a credit to your account.   If we have already despatched or delivered your order,  you will need to return the goods to us as per the returns instructions and conditions stated below. 

Warranty

All products  are covered by the individual manufacturers warranties.  This only applies if the instructions pertaining to the use of the products have been adhered to.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.  Please always refer to any manufacturers’ instructions and/or advice concerning any products purchased from us.   All products have individual guarantees depending on the manufacturer against manufacturers fault.  Normal wear and tear and faults arising from misuse or failure to maintain as per instructions are not covered by guarantee.

Email

All emails to you will be forwarded to the address you specify to us. It is important that you provide an accurate and valid email address.

Descriptions

The product descriptions on the site are as accurate and up-to-date as we can make them,  However, slight variations can occur.  Please always refer to and follow any manufacturers instructions and/or advice concerning any products purchased from us.

Privacy

Please note we treat all of your personal information in the strictest of confidence and in accordance with all applicable data protection laws.

Rayink UK - Terms Of Delivery

UK Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 7 working days.  A delivery charge is  made for each order this is for standard delivery which will be recorded delivery or signed for parcel post. (applies to UK mainland only). A next day service is available at an extra cost of  £ 4.95, providing the items ordered are in stock.   If any item is out of stock and we cannot supply on the next day service, a refund of the extra carriage paid above the standard cost will be given.

International Delivery

Delivery outside the UK is available. An additional charge is payable for this service on all items, in relation to size and quantitiy. Delivery is made by air mail must be signed for and can take up to 30 days. For large items delivery charges will be calculated and you will be advised.  Any duties, taxes and/or customs clearance charges incurred on arrival will be the responsibility of the buyer

Returns Policy

We are happy to refund (minus credit/debit card or World Pay charges) or exchange any product that you are not satisfied with, as long as it is returned in an unused condition, in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery along with your proof of purchase.  Please call us and obtain a returns number and then return it to us at:

Unless you are asked to return it elsewhere. Please note we cannot refund any postage charge or delivery charges on items returned for credit or refund. - if goods are returned then a postage charge will be deducted from your refund to cover original carriage cost.  All returned goods must be sent by recorded delivery or other form of guaranteed/signed delivery and must contain your name, address and order details.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  We reserve the right to charge a re-stocking charge in some instances.  Items returned under agreement with ourselves not in original packaging or in damaged packaging will be subject to a 20 % re stocking charge.

Rayink Distributors

Minimum 50 order  will be required. Anything less than minimum will have to agree between the two parties

Payment 

There is a requirement for new account to make 50% payment with balance due in 30 days. All prices exclude  packaging ,delivery and VAT  unless prior alternative agreement have been made and agreed between the two parties

All other Terms of Use and Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and continue to be binding and enforceable.

Rayink reserves the right to change any of its terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online.
